Eligibility:
Applicants must be nationals of another country.
Applicants must have previously earned a degree certificate with outstanding achievements.
To prove their English proficiency, applicants can take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
TOEFL: 550 on paper, 190-213 on the computer, or 75-80 on the Internet.
An IELTS score of 5.5 or higher is required.
DUOLINGO: a score of 85 or higher is required.
International countries are eligible.

The award is worth $20,000 in total.
