This is to advise all candidates who participated in the online post-UTME screening procedure for the Federal Polytechnic Offa (OFFAPOLY) 2021/2022 that they can now check their admission status.
The names of candidates admitted to the polytechnic’s numerous ND full-time programs are listed in the OFFAPOLY 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th batch admission lists.

Visit http://portal.fpo.edu.ng/Default.aspx?tabid=162 for more information.to verify your Federal Polytechnic Offa admission status.
In the required column, type in your application number.
Finally, to view your Federal Polytechnic Offa admission status, click the “Continue” option.
Candidates who have been accepted into the Federal Polytechnic, Offa (OFFAPOLY) ND full-time programs should:
Accept or reject their admission by logging into the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
It is strongly advised that you learn how to reject or accept your JAMB CAPS admission.
After accepting the admission, they should print their JAMB admission letter.
Alternatively, you can use the JAMB portal to check your Federal Polytechnic Offa admission status by following the steps below:
To access the JAMB E-facility website, go to jamb.gov.ng/efacility/.
Use your username and password to access your Jamb profile.
Scroll down to the “Check Admission Status” tab and click it.
Choose your exam year and fill in the required fields with your registration number.
Finally, go to “Check Admission Status” to see if you’ve been accepted to Offa Poly.
