Students from a variety of countries will study for master’s degrees in Scotland’s higher education institutions, with a variety of academic backgrounds. The Scotland Government Scholarships will give 50 scholarships, each worth £8000 GBP, to help students pay for their tuition. If you convert £8000 to your country’s currency, check to see if the quantity is sufficient.
Over and above their studies, Saltire Scholars will have the opportunity to participate in a schedule of activities, including engagement with Scotland’s academic and commercial communities.
A candidate may also be eligible for a scholarship to attend an online degree program.

Eligibility Criteria
If you are interested in applying for a Saltire Scholarship, please fill out the form below. To be eligible for the Saltire Government Scholarship, there are several rules and requirements to meet.
You must have a conditional or unconditional offer of a place on an approved course at a Scottish university.
You must be a citizen of Canada, India, Japan, the United States of America, Pakistan, or China (Hong Kong citizens are also eligible as it is a Special Administrative Region of China).
They must be able to show that they can afford to pay for living expenses in Scotland as well as the remaining tuition payments.
I have not completed a full undergraduate degree in Scotland earlier.
You must not have received a Saltire Scholarship in the past.
