- If you are applying, you must be a citizen from oversea
- You must have the required academic qualifications, and you must meet other course requirements
- You must be able to speak good English Language and also be able to express yourself in the English Language
- You are either required to have TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo. Those are what UPENN only accept
